League action pictures are needed to "dress-up" the league pages.
Please send along picrures (jpg files please...) with specific league information. All will be considered for posting.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR A HAPPY, HEALTHY AND
SUCESSFUL SEASON
FYBO would like to
remind all Players and Parents that all male players should
wear a metal, fiber, or plastic type of cup.
For the safety of all players,
it is also recommended that players wear baseball pants or
sweat pants to practice.
Covering the legs makes it
easier and safer during drills involving sliding.
FYBO would also like to note that all Small Diamond
Divisions have a rule that states that all bats must be
Little League Approved.
Coaches are asked to enforce this.
To that note, Little League has restrictions on the
type of bat that is approved.
One of which is that bats must have a BPF (Bat
Performance) of less than 1.15.
Be sure that the bat you are purchasing has this
marking: BPF 1.15 on the barrel or handle of the bat.

and other safety devices will be forthcoming.
TEENS LOOKING FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE?
Franklin Youth Baseball always has a need for help at times during the year.
Any teen that is in need of community service hours and that may be willing to
volunteer at the fields or on various projects should contact Mark Eccher at
the FYBO email address. Please state "Community Service"
in the email subject and leave your contact information to include name, phone number
and email address.
